WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Immediately when orders are placed, you will receive an email from us listings your purchases. If you have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. If you are still not able to locate it and can see that the transaction went through to your bank, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org – your email address may have been entered incorrectly. We can resolve this and make sure that all shipping notifications make it to the correct place.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Anytime there is a new release or a restock, it takes a bit longer to get all the orders out the door. Pre-Sale items will not ship until they are received and placed into Inventory. Should you have mixed In-Stock and Pre-Sale items in one order the stocked items may ship separately and preceding the Pre-Sale items. This depends on the estimated time of arrival of the new items. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on checkout with clickable tracking available only when your package goes into the mail. This email will come in the evening of the day it’s shipped as it generated when your tracking number is updated into the postal system and an estimated delivery date is established. If you have not received an order confirmation, once again, please make sure to check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.

I SHIPPED MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BACK TO YOU, HAVE YOU RECEIVED IT?
Hold on tight! Freight times vary depending on which shipping service you used. Keep the tracking number of your return package on file so that you can personally track its whereabouts. We do not need the tracking information on our end.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We process returns and exchanges Monday-Friday. Once we have received your package, your refund or exchange package will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email at the address associated with your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
If you requested an exchange, you will receive a second clickable tracking link via email once the exchange package gets scanned into the USPS and generates an estimated delivery date.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE (INCLUDES BOGO & PROMOTIONS)?
Regular discounted items purchased with coupon codes or through flash promotions are returnable and exchangeable. Please follow the return instruction found inside your package.
For BOGO and Grab Bag returns, please note that you must return the FULL order for a refund. You may exchange individual pieces for alternate sizes or colors when available.
All Sale items that are marked on the main image & inside your cart as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we do always try to accommodate exchanges for same or like items. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
You are responsible for any payment incurred while mailing your items back toVULL SPORT for a refund or exchange. You are also responsible for insuring the items that are sent back to us, as we will not be responsible for lost items. Feel free to use your preferred freight method. It is mandatory to sign our return sheet, enclosed in the package, indicating that you have read and understand the terms and conditions listed for VULL SPORT returns. Please note that if the product is not received in the manner of which it was originally sent, it may be sent back and denied credit and/or exchange. We will not return or exchange any products showing evidence of use or damage. Damages may include: makeup markings, overstretched seams, markings on the garments of any kind, removal of sew-in content tags, or any other signs of wash or wear. Your returns are checked, by hand, by our small staff. Anything received in damaged condition will be returned to you.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded (unless otherwise specified).
We ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please be aware that delivery time may vary greatly depending on your country’s customs practices, anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks, even longer sometimes. We personally cannot guarantee a delivery date.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Vull Sport cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Vull Sport, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Vull Sport This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Our sizing is similar to Nike and Lululemon. If you are used to Reebok, they do run BIG and we would recommend sizing up in Vull.
Our size medium fit model is 5’4″, 145 lbs, 34b with a muscular build (accommodating for lats and traps). She wears a Vull medium, Nike medium, Lulu 6 and Reebok small. It is her body that we determine the best fit from.

We are most comparable to sizing in Nike or Lululemon. If you are used to Reebok, they run larger so you should SIZE UP in Vull. If you are unsure of your exact size or generally between sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. Our general tendency as a brand is toward loose fitting men’s tops. We do not run small.

WHICH STYLES ARE MOST SUPPORTIVE?
Our bras with higher necklines and more fabric in the back are our most supportive styles. There are cup sizing recommendations listed next to each bra on our website.
Our active pieces absolutely must follow the care label instructions. They must be washed in cold water and tumble dry low.
I HAVE A GIFT CARD. HOW DO I USE IT?
The back of your gift card has a unique number, specific to your credit account. At check out, enter the Gift Card number and then click ‘Apply Gift Card’ before moving on to the next page of the checkout process. The box for entering your gift card number appears on the first checkout page, below the total amount. You must click ‘Apply Gift Card’ for it to be applied to your order.
